This trek is especially for those who have already done the treks that are running in summer 2018 - lots of my guests have been coming on trips for many years now so each year we need something new.
This is going to be that trip. This will be a Summits Week, 2/3
/ and we'll be in the fabulous region of Ubaye in the southern French AlpsMeet: 12 August 2018
Price: 1375€
Accommodation: We'll be based near the small town of Barcelonnette, in a friendly auberge. We will definitely have one night in a mountain hut.
Travel: This is one of France's lesser known hidden alpine massifs. As with many of these regions, access is a little less convenient than the well known and overcrowded alpine hubs such as Chamonix or Zermatt.
The easiest access is from Marseille airport, with an onward transfer or train ride. The best thing will be to get everyone to arrive at Marseille at the same time then in can arrange a transfer.
